An exciting production about reverse mortgage loans.

Episode one 

The first series of the documentary introduces Dale Forbs. It shows him in his office as he goes through a normal workday. As clips of his usual activities are being shown, Dale talks about his job as a reverse mortgage broker. He introduces himself and the organization he works for and then gives a brief summary of reverse mortgage loans. Then he goes further to describe a usual workday and the type of clients he normally deals with. The documentary ends with Dale receiving a visitor who had been referred to him. She is a middle aged woman, Linda Poliski who tells him of her uncle, a 79 year old man who is about to lose his home due to a mortgage foreclosure. She has heard of reverse mortgage and wonders if it can help her uncle. Dale asks the needed questions, takes down information and promises to look into it. 

Episode two  

Dale has a meeting with 79 years old Mr. Morrison. Mr. Morrison has been unable to meet up with monthly repayments for his house mortgage and has received a notice of foreclosure. He has about $2,500 in back payments and $15,000 left to pay on his mortgage. Dale next meets with the lenders of Mr. Morrison asking for an extension of the foreclosure proceedings. The lenders are happy to comply when hearing that a reverse mortgage loan is being planned. Dale schedules evaluators to come appraise Mr. Morrison’s home. 

Episode three 

The foreclosure has been postponed by ten days. The evaluators have come up with an appraisal. Mr. Morrison is asked to meet with a reverse mortgage counselor. Dale sets up a meeting with the HUD accredited reverse mortgage counselor in his firm, Mark Hilton. The counseling session proves beneficial as Mr. Morrison has a lot of his questions answered and is helped to understand the reverse mortgage loan program better.
