Just like the name exposure suggests the focus in on creating informative documentaries aimed at helping their viewers better understand the documentary topic. 

The Year of Reverse Mortgages is a series of six short episodes filmed in documentary style to educate people on reverse mortgages. The approach is unique as the viewers are helped to better understand the industry by watching how it operates as portrayed in the working life of a young reverse mortgage broker, Dale Forbs. The documentary is presently in its advanced stages of post-filming preparations.  

Reverse mortgage loans are unique mortgage loans designed to benefit senior home owners. The loans are to help seniors above 62 to access the accumulated equity in their homes. The senior simply takes a reverse mortgage loan, which is relatively easy to qualify for and can then access steady monthly income or an open line of credit. The loans do not even need to be repaid as long as the senior resides in the home as a place of primary residence. Reverse mortgage loans are very beneficial and thus the documentary was designed to help seniors better understand how it works. 

Expose Productions is made up of an experienced camera crew, story writers and editors, a producer, a director and other members of a production crew.
